Fox Canyon Vineyards is located just outside of Boise, Idaho — Tessa’s hometown. Boise seemed like a perfect place for the event, given the chances of having a sunny day were slightly higher than here in Seattle (where we currently live). We wanted a place that was outdoors, relaxed, unique and of course would provide an atmosphere for having fun. Fox Canyon seemed to fit the bill. It’s located in Marsing, Idaho, overlooking the great Snake River.

The expected drive time is about 40 minutes. According to the Fox Canyon website, it is not advised to use GPS to find the location. Apparently it will direct you to the wrong location…
From Downtown Boise:
Head west on W. Front St, which will turn into I-184.
Follow 184 west until merging with I-84 West. Continue on I-84 West towards Nampa
Take the ID-55 S exit, Exit 33A towards Nampa/Marsing
Go 15 Miles — You will cross the Snake River
Left on HWY 78 — Go past Marsing High School to Mile Post 5
Turn Left on Fox Canyon Drive
Continue straight until you arrive at:

From the Boise Airport:
Start off taking I-84 west towards Nampa
Take the ID-55 S exit, Exit 33A towards Nampa/Marsing
Go 15 Miles — You will cross the Snake River
